Bill Neeson is Senior Vice President of Construction and Development for Highland Resources. Bill is responsible for all construction and development related activities associated with HRI’s existing assets and future investments.
Prior to joining Highland, Bill served as Senior Vice President and head of construction for the Texas Division of Brookfield Properties. At Brookfield, Bill had oversight of a construction department engaged in multiple capital redevelopment activities and ongoing landlord work associated with a portfolio of office, retail and hospitality assets in excess of 10 million SF. In addition, Bill directly managed the $100M capital renovation of Houston Center, a 4.2M square foot mixed use development in downtown Houston. Other previous experience includes 23 years with Hines Interests, where he served as Vice President of Construction, managing new development projects and large renovations of over 4M SF valued in excess of $2B dollars.
Bill earned a B.S degree in Building Construction from Texas A&M University in 1988. He serves on the board for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston Houston, St. John XXIII College Preparatory High School in Katy, TX, and Construction Career Collaborative (C3). Bill is a member of NAIOP.
