Aaron Smith is the Director of Construction and Project Management at Highland
Resources. He is responsible for overseeing construction and assisting with
development efforts at Magnolia Landing.

Prior to joining Highland, Aaron served at Navy Yard Charleston where he oversaw
construction for the master redevelopment, including infrastructure and adaptive reuse
projects. Aaron’s experience also includes project management for Balfour Beatty
around the Charleston, South Carolina area. He started his development career in
student housing with Trinitas Ventures in Lafayette, Indiana.

Aaron earned a B.S. degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue
University in 2009. Aaron is a member of Urban Land Institute.
